We look forward to welcoming all Cambridge United Football Club supporters on  Saturday 3 May 2025 to the Cledara Abbey Stadium. 3pm kickoff to the Cledara Abbey Stadium for the match against Birmingham

The weather forecast on the day is currently currently sunny with a gentle breeze at present..

I will be providing more information throughout the coming days up until the match via my Twitter and facebook pages see blow for details

Ticket information
Booking for this event is currently restricted to members. Please login to proceed. See cambridgeunited.com/tickets

Tickets can be collected from the ticket office accessed via Newmarket Road not on the turnstiles and will be on sale on the day from the ticket office www.cambridgeunited.com/tickets

Cambridge United Cledara Abbey Stadium is cash free so a card is required within the ground. The club shop is both cash and card

USING THE TRAIN
If traveling by train, we recommend using the Cambridge North Station and following the Chisholm trail. It is a 25-minute walk to the station.

It is a pleasant walk or cycle ride through fields. There are cycle racks at the front of the ground and behind the Habbin North Stand.

PARK & RIDE
Street parking around the Stadium is restricted. An alternative is to use the Park & Ride service. It is situated near the airport to the east of the city and is about a 20-minute walk to the ground along Newmarket Road.

We recommend supporters to use the service and ask for a ticket to the Cledara Abbey Stadium

We ask all supporters to be aware of parking nearer the ground to be sympathetic of our neighbours

The last bus from the city centre is 8.30pm to the park & ride.

There is 24 hours access and egress from the park & ride site.

Family Zone

Family Zone   
There is a family zone outside the club shop on matchdays weather permitting. All families are welcome to enjoy the family area. The family zone will be open before the match see for more information www.cambridgeunited.com/all-family/junior-us-kids-zone

The family zone will be open on Saturday before the match and welcomes everyone on match days.

There is a new family stand this season and within the area is a additional family area with new activities

Abbey Helpers
There will be Abbey Helpers situated around the ground to assist supporters before the match with any questions. Please ask if assistance is required. They are also located around the South Habbin to assist on arrival inside the ground

Frequently asked Questions

Travel News Are there any known traffic issues en route to the Stadium?

I am not aware of any road works planned on the A14 over weekend.

There are some repair/maintenance work on verge on Barnwell Road being reported

There are roadworks being carried out on the Mowbray Road between Queen Edith's Way and Cherry Hinton Road


We advise anyone coming to the match to use the Park and Ride bus or walk from the site coming off at the Stow-Cum-Quy junction

There is a drive through McDonalds near to the club on Newmarket Road. This can become extremely busy and cause congestion if there are a lot customers queuing to be served

Is there Blue Badge parking available?
There is a limited number of spaces available at the ground. Anyone wishing to check availability will need to call the Ticket Office on 01223 566500 option 1 between 9am – 3pm to book for further information.

There are various locations around the ground to park your bike. For example at the front of the ground and behind the Habbin North stand.

There is no parking at the ground


Do you have a Changing Places or baby changing facility?
There are Baby Changing Facilities at the South Stand in the accessible toilet at the end nearest the turnstiles. Ask a steward for assistance if required.


There is also a changing room in the Main Stand accessible toilet

Abbey Lounge

To use the Abbey Lounge, see  cambridgeunitedsupportersclub.co.uk/ anyone wanting to use their facilities will need to contact them in advance of the match.

The club is separate from the Football Club

There is a Tesco’s superstore about 10-minute walk from the ground on Newmarket Road


What food and drink are available in the concourse at the Stadium?
There is a range of food and drink available. Kiosks selling alcohol and food in the areas behind the all the Stands. There are no concourses at the ground

Sanitary Healthcare Products
There are some sanitary hygiene products located in the around the ground in some of the cubicles and the accessible toilets.

Buggy Park
There are places to leave buggies at either end on the Main Stand and also at the front of the South Stand


Multi Faith Prayer Room
The room is located by the Main Stand turnstiles and can be accessed by anyone in the ground. Supporters who wish to do so should speak to a nearby steward.

PARKING
Car parking is available at the Pirelli Stadium for 400 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis for £5. Supporters can also park in the Ryknild Industrial Estate for £5.

Access to the site is from the Derby Road Island, first exit – it is sign posted on match days – it cannot be pre-booked and cash is collected on the day.

Home and Away Supporters can park in the Gasworks Street car park (HD1 6AF) on match day for £5, however there is no cash pay on the day at this car park. You can either call the Ticket Office on 01484 960 606 or book online by visiting eticketing.co.uk/huddersfieldtown/Hospitality/ LandingPage/Index/2782, please note you will need to register an account.

You can either print the parking pass at home with no booking fees, or alternatively the Ticket Office will post one out to you however booking fees and postage will apply. The Gasworks Street car park is approximately a 10 minute walk to the Stadium. Minibus parking costs £15 and coach parking costs £20. To book, please email [email protected], or call 01484 484 151.
