CFU Xmas 5-a-side Tournament

Robert Osbourn has news of the CFU Xmas 5-a-side Tournament
 
Now in its 14th year, the Cambridge Fans United Christmas 5-a-side Football Tournament will take place on Wednesday 30th December 2015, 2pm to 6pm at Kelsey Kerridge Sports Centre, Gonville Place, Cambridge.
 
This is an ideal chance to show off your football skills and get some exercise after the Christmas binge of food and drink. It is also a good excuse not to have to go shopping at the sales or, maybe, to avoid visiting in-laws or relatives!
 
There will be the usual mix of excellent goals, superb saves, fine skills, missed open goals, players falling over and of course disbelief when referees make their decisions!
 
There is a real mix of teams, the target is for all players and spectators to enjoy themselves regardless of who wins.
 
Medals are awarded to 8 players of the Winners, Runners up and 3rd Placed teams.

Entry to Kelsey Kerridge Sports Centre is free to players and spectators for this event. It is also a good opportunity to have a look at the excellent facilities in the Outlooks gym, the very well equipped weights room and the superb climbing walls.
