There was a lot of work completed late into the evening on Sunday clearing up the arena after the concert last night by the contractors on site. Today the stage and fencing started being taken down see the photos. The bins were cleared by Mick George and the toilets started being removed.
Hopefully the flooring covering the playing area will come up tomorrow morning.
Other works undertaken by the team. Les started scraping down the Habbin Bridge metalwork. Looking to finish and have it painted by next Tuesday. There is a lot of work involved.
Brian rubbed down the doors and windows on the front of the old dressing rooms at the Cut Throat Lane end ready to be painted
Pete painted the top coat on the wood being fitted onto the safety gates around the ground.
Mick and myself did some clearing up around the ground. He also dreamed of being on the stage playing his drums.
