Getting for the big turn on - The Apprentice Groundsman

More clearing up today and completing some of the smaller jobs needing to be done around the ground. The tarpaulins are still drying out, so will be put away next week. I hoped to see the board working by the time we left however the fitters were still working on it late this afternoon.  Maybe we will see it on line over the weekend

Started the day by moving some of the items at the front of ground taken down during the provision of the new sign and proving space for the installing of  the electric cable.

We moved onto spreading the gravel displaced when clearing the snow from the roadway at the back of the Main Stand and hopefully getting to the end of clearing up after the match against Luton. It ts amazing that every time you think it is completed something appears from somewhere and needs picking up.

New outside tap installed by Dave Mills and all the broken concrete was repaired around the front of the ground by Mick.

We shifted a pallet load of water to where it was needed having been delivered in a different location.

Lots of little jobs getting done and we are looking to start painting again outside next week if the weather keeps fine. Happy days.
