Grosvenor is a long-term developer in Cambridge and is currently delivering 1,200 new homes at Trumpington Meadows, 40 per cent of which will be affordable. James Cochrane, senior project manager at Grosvenor, explains how this approach would continue in its plans for a Cambridge Sporting Village, just south of Trumpington Meadows.
An extra 520 homes on the back of Trumpington Meadows is proposed to pay for the work to build the Cambridge Sporting Village.
