TRAVELLING TO THE GAME some information for you
The stadium is located adjacent to Junction 28 on the A12 and can be found on a sat nav at the postcode CO4 5UP. PARKING Fans of both teams can park in the stadium car park, with parking available at £6 per vehicle. This often sells out before a match, so advance purchases via www.colutickets.com are advised and fans can use Colchester’s Print @ Home service to print off the permit. Should the stadium car park sell out, football fans are able to park at the Colchester Park & Ride car park, which is on the other side of the A12 and costs £3 per car. To get back to the stadium, please leave via the Boxted Road exit and walk across the bridge back to the stadium site (5-10 minute walk). SHUTTLE BUSES The club will be operating its usual Shuttle Bus service from Bruff Close, across the road from Colchester train station. This costs £2.50 return, or free with the production of a Senior Citizens concessionary bus pass. STADIUM INFORMATION Cambridge fans will be in the North Stand, which is the one closest to the A12. Prior to the game, there will be a concourse bar open in the Weston Homes Stand (at the other end of the stadium), which both fans are able to use. This bar is next to our live music area and there is likely to be a performance from 1.45pm to 2.30pm at this time. There are also likely to be other additional activities that young fans of both sides can participate in. For fans wishing to buy food prior to the game, there is also Hot Shots, the club’s café, where sandwiches and various other snacks and drinks are available.
