A DAY OF DRAMA, HISTORY, SKILL, ART, STYLE, FAITH, PASSION….FOOTBALL!

100yearsofcocounuts have arranged a visit to the National Football Museum on the 18th October. Full details are below on the download. The goup have organised a coach so travel in style to visit one of the must see places for football supporters.

The National Football Museum finished 2014 at the top of the league, according to research conducted at over 80 leading attractions around the UK.

Researchers from BDRC Continental, on behalf of the Association of Leading Visitor Attractions, survey visitors to a selection of leading UK attractions and analyse their satisfaction against three major areas: what’s at the attraction (‘Site Content’), how well the attraction connects with visitors’ emotions (‘Emotional intensity’) and quality of service (‘Service Delivery’).

Following surveys with over 450 visitors at the museum during 2014, the National Football Museum came out with an overall ‘Experience Intensity’ score of 94.50 out of 100: the highest in the country for the year.

National Football Museum Director Kevin Moore was delighted with the score, commenting. “We always value visitor research very highly, and these results mirror what we see every day.

“Whatever their relationship with football, our visitors of all ages love visiting a museum that’s hands-on, fun, and covers a subject that people feel passionately about.

“The way we present this subject and the interaction our staff have with visitors is clearly helping us to deliver an outstanding day out for hundreds of thousands of visitors a year.”

Bernard Donoghue of ALVA said “The National Football Museum is one of a number of museums that we have seen register fantastic scores for Experience Intensity since research began. People clearly appreciate and enjoy the service offered by the many of the brilliant attractions we work with, and we think this research offers a very useful insight for them.”
