AWAY COACH DRIVERS INFORMATION
Cambridge United has produced the following guide to assist coach drivers when coming to the Cledara Abbey Stadium on matchdays.
We need to be advised concerning the number of coaches traveling to the match at least one week before
When reaching the ground the entrance will look like the photo below.
We ask you to park and allow the supporters to disembark as quickly and safely as possible.

We ask you to park and allow the supporters to disembark as quickly and safely as possible.
When everyone has safely disembarked you will need to continue down Newmarket Road until reaching a large roundabout (Elizabeth Way). Proceed around it and head back in the opposite direction to the one you have come,up Newmarket Road.
Low number of coaches
You will be be asked to park in the layby near to the Stow cum Quy roundabout. Carry back along Newmarket Road to the Stow Cum Quy roundabout. Travel back around the roundabout heading towards Cambridge. The lay by is on the left hand side coming back into Cambridge
• Please avoid using the bus stops either side of the road to park, stewards will direct you to park in the bus lane on the bridge about 100 yards beyond the dropping off point
Supporters using coaches will need to turn left when leaving the common
Multiple Coaches this option is only available in exceptional cases and agreed by Cambridge United Football Club
Carry along Newmarket Road going past the ground, over the McDonalds roundabout, straight on through the traffic lights & on your right hand side you will see Marshall’s Airport, approx. ½ mile away. Go through the EXIT gates as per the
picture below & our steward will show you where to park.
Returning after the match if parking at Marsalls
• The coaches will be informed when to leave via our stewards and security on site
• When allowed turn left from the site and continue back to the Abbey Stadium
• Please try to avoid using the bus stops either side of the road to park, stewards will direct you to park in the bus lane on the bridge about 100 yards beyond the dropping off point

Low number of coaches
You will be be asked to park in the layby near to the Stow cum Quy roundabout. Carry back along Newmarket Road to the Stow Cum Quy roundabout. Travel back around the roundabout heading towards Cambridge. The lay by is on the left hand side coming back into Cambridge
