Cambridge is well known around the world for it being bicycle friendly.
At Cambridge United we have bicycle racks around the ground. There are some situated in the front car park, behind the Habbin Stand and also the Main Stand
There are currently works ongoing that will see the local network improve for cyclists throughout the city and link together the transport hubs
See more about the click the link Chisholm Trail
Cycle Routes around Cambridge click on the link Cycle Routes and maps
We also provide racks for VOI scooters to be left at the ground outside the shop. For details about the VOI scooters see the VOI website here
Cambridge North station (in Chesterton) is closer to the stadium than Cambridge Station but not every train stops there.
It takes approximately 20-25 minutes to walk to the ground using the Chisholm Trail walking and cycling route.
Coming out of Cambridge North Station, turn to the left and walk through the bike parking area and onto the cycle/footpath running parallel with the train tracks. This leads to a cul-de-sac called Moss Bank. On exiting Moss Bank, turn right on Fen Road (walking away from the level crossing).
Continue on Fen Road for about 100 yards until you reach a cycle crossing point. Turn left to follow the cycle path to the river.
Turn left on the towpath and walk under the railway bridge. Take the steps on your left onto the footbridge to cross the river. Follow the path parallel with the railway for about half a mile until you reach Newmarket Road.
From here you can get to the stadium either by turning left (via the ramp) onto Newmarket Road (for the Ticket Office, club shop and access to the Main Stand and Newmarket Road Terrace) or via the underpass for direct access to the Habbin and South Stands.
